On November 17, 2014, the Texas State Securities Board (TSSB) published Texas Crowdfunding regulations.
Texas Crowdfunding regulations now allows Texas start-up businesses, small established businesses, real estate investors and developers, and other entrepreneurs to raise equity funding in amounts up to $1 million per year without the need to comply with the general securities laws.
It is now lawful to conduct Texas Crowdfunding transactions through a Texas Crowdfunding Portal – an Internet website approved by the
TSSB – or through a regularly-licensed securities dealer. Given the $1 million cap on offerings, most transactions are expected to occur through Texas Crowdfunding Portals.
On Month, Day, Year, "THE TEXAS CROWDFUNDING ADVOCATE" will be presenting the webinar:
How to Lawfully Raise Investment Capital Using Texas Crowdfunding. If you are at all interested in raising equity funding for your Texas business, you won't want to miss this webinar.
